This dahlia produces strong sturdy stems, with a unique pink colouring with a liliac centre as the weather cool the colours before more muted (photo 3) making it the ideal flower to transition from bright in the summer to muted fall tones. This flower does require pinching to bring it to it's best but the effort is not wasted.
